School dinners are priced at £2.71 per day.

Please drop into the school office to arrange payment or to find out about paying for your child's school dinners online.

IMPORTANT!

 The dinners prices will be increasing by 14p per meal to £2.85 from the 1st April 2025. That is £14.25 per week.

The increase in price is due to rising costs of the food as well as staffing costs.

Caterlink are committed to giving pupils the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from a nutritious lunch. We pride ourselves in using fresh local produce, with all our food being cooked and prepared fresh on-site where possible.

The food children eat in school is very important for their education. Not only does a well-balanced diet help with general health but establishing healthy eating habits at a young age can give them knowledge for the future. We understand the likes and dislikes of primary school children so we tailor our menus to encourage maximum uptake.

We invest heavily in our staff to ensure that you or your child receives the meal they deserve. We have a chef trainer and development team who are dedicated to supporting the kitchens

Free School Meals

Free School Meals can be a confusing topic so to clarify please find below:

Universal free school meals (UIFSM) are available to all children in reception, year 1, and year 2, regardless of their family's income, while free school meals (FSM) are available to children whose families meet specific income or benefit criteria. You can apply for FSM as soon as your child start Reception.
